Welcome to the BOTAR Labrador Retrievers website. Our goal at BOTAR is to produce Labs that have excellent natural working ability with a high degree of trainability, that meet the breed standard for appearance and are physically sound and mentally stable. We have produced Labs with conformation show championships, obedience and rally titles, working titles, Dock Dogs Big Air titles and Therapy Dog status as well as numerous hunting partners and family companions. In addition we have produced Labs that have been trained by Paws With A Cause, A New Leash On Life and Therapetics, Inc. working as assistance dogs. We currently have dogs in training for agility and also hope to get involved with tracking in the future. The Labrador Retriever - One Breed - Three Colors

Chocolate: light to dark chocolate

Black: solid black

Yellow: light cream to fox - red

Labs are NOT white or silver or any other made-up "rare" or "new" color. The labradoodle is NOT a breed, it is a mixed breed or mutt. If you really want a mixed breed please rescue one from a shelter.
